Product return and exchange policies
- The price of a single product purchased online must be at least 20 GEL.
- Items purchased online can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, upon presentation of the receipt.
- Returns or exchanges are only permitted if the product is in its original, resaleable condition.
- A purchased product can only be exchanged once.
The product must be presented in its original packaging. - It is possible to exchange for any other model presented on the site.
- The refund will be made no later than within 5 business days.
